GCG SERVICES

While GCG provides extensive consulting services which will assist and support a client's particular needs including major business transactions, CLIENT AGREES THAT GCG DOES NOT PROVIDE ACCOUNTING OR LEGAL ADVICE.

PAYMENT TERMS

Unless explicitly agreed to in writing by the PARTIES, consulting service quotes are estimates based on the agreed-upon scope of work; then-current hourly billing rates; and customary expenses. Customer agrees to be bound by the final invoice which will be delivered via email, and any adjustments thereafter, which may include adjustments/corrections for customer-driven changes in scope or unexpected customary expenses. Customer agrees to be bound by all applicable taxes. UNLESS AGREED TO IN WRITING BY THE PARTIES, PAYMENT IS DUE NET 10 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER INVOICE DATE. A MONTHLY FINANCE CHARGE OF 1.5% WILL BE CHARGED FOR LATE PAYMENT. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED, HOWEVER, A 3% TRANSACTION FEE WILL BE APPLIED.

WEB SITE REVISIONS

GCG MAY AT ANY TIME REVISE THESE TERMS BY UPDATING THIS POSTING. BY USING THIS WEB SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ANY SUCH REVISIONS AND SHOULD THEREFORE PERIODICALLY VISIT THIS PAGE TO DETERMINE THE THEN CURRENT TERMS TO WHICH YOU ARE BOUND.
